Network4Learning, Inc. is committed to providing high-quality, affordable professional education and a positive experience for every learner. We want you to feel confident when enrolling in one of our educational programs.
Satisfaction and Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our educational programs and want our students to be satisfied with their purchase.
If you purchase a Network4Learning course and determine that it does not meet your needs, you may request a refund before completing the course and receiving a certificate of completion.
We encourage you to contact us if you are dissatisfied for any reason. We will make reasonable efforts to address technical problems, course-access concerns, or other issues before processing a refund.
When Refunds Are Available
Refund requests will generally be honored when:
- The course has not been completed;
- A certificate of completion has not been issued; and
- The request is made in good faith.
We reserve the right to review course activity and completion records when evaluating a refund request.
Completed Courses
Once a participant has successfully completed a course and a certificate of completion has been issued, the purchase becomes final and is no longer eligible for a refund.
This policy is necessary because issuance of the certificate documents completion of the educational service and, where applicable, the award of continuing education credit.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact Network4Learning and provide:
- Your name;
- The email address associated with your account;
- The course purchased; and
- A brief explanation of the reason for your request.
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending upon the payment processor or financial institution.
Course Access
Network4Learning courses are delivered electronically through our online learning platform. Students are responsible for maintaining access to a compatible internet-connected device and for keeping their account credentials secure.
Course access is intended solely for the individual registered participant. Accounts, course materials, assessments, and login credentials may not be shared with another person.
Certificates and Continuing Education Credit
Certificates of completion are issued only after the learner has satisfied the applicable requirements for the course.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate information for their learner account and certificate.
Network4Learning reserves the right to withhold or revoke a certificate if it determines that course requirements were not legitimately completed, an account was shared, assessments were completed by another individual, or other academic or program-integrity requirements were violated.
WCC® Certification
The Network4Learning Wound Care Education Program has been reviewed by the National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy (NAWCO®) Certification Committee and determined to meet the educational eligibility criteria for candidates seeking WCC® certification.
NAWCO does not formally approve educational program providers. Rather, NAWCO reviews course content to determine whether it sufficiently covers the domains tested as part of the WCC® certification process.
Network4Learning is an independent education provider and does not administer or award the WCC® credential.
Completion of our educational program does not guarantee eligibility for certification, successful completion of the WCC® examination, or the awarding of the WCC® credential. Candidates are responsible for reviewing and satisfying NAWCO’s current certification requirements.
Examination Preparation
Network4Learning’s wound care curriculum and practice questions are designed around the applicable content domains to provide comprehensive education and examination preparation.
No educational provider can guarantee that an individual will pass a certification examination. Examination performance depends upon the learner’s knowledge, clinical experience, preparation, and individual performance.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, course content, original educational materials, graphics, assessments, practice questions, videos, documents, and other materials provided through Network4Learning are owned by or licensed to Network4Learning, Inc.
Course materials are provided for the registered learner’s personal educational use. They may not be reproduced, distributed, published, sold, shared, uploaded, or otherwise made available to others without authorization.
Changes to Courses and Policies
Healthcare standards, certification requirements, continuing education requirements, and educational content may change over time. Network4Learning may update course content, policies, assessments, and other program components as appropriate.
Material changes to these policies will be reflected on this page.
